Newborn Sessions

The memories you capture of your baby will grow increasingly precious as time goes by. Each little yawn, tiny smile, and gentle cuddle will eventually become distant memories. These delicate moments, so fleeting... are truly worth preserving.

The Session Fee - $150

A session booking fee of $150 is required to book and secure your date in my calendar, this fee is non-refundable. This fee covers administration costs, professional editing, the 2hr session and use of all my internationally sourced props.

Packages are purchased in addition to the Session Fee.

When should I book my newborn photography session?

We urge you to book a date while you are in your second trimester. Pre-booking secures your newborn session and allows the Studio to put your due date in the diary and prepare for your newborn session.

Once your baby is born, it is important that you contact the Studio within the first 48 hours to finalise your session date and time.

How do I book in a newborn session when I don't know when my baby will arrive?

Booking is easy, once your session deposit is paid, I pencil your Due Date into my calendar. This helps keep track of how many sessions I might have that month. Then once baby makes his/her arrival, please let me know as soon as you can so I can schedule your session in at an appropriate time.

What age is best for newborn photographs?

Renee V Photography highly recommends having your newborn photographed within the first 2 weeks of your baby’s life. This is when their newborn moments and poses are at their best.

It is also when they are at their most flexible and usually prior to any colic or baby pimples developing.

What happens after the session?

You will be emailed a link and password to view your images within 1-2 weeks.

Once you reach out to me, and pay your session fee and sign a contract, I place your due date in my calendar. While we wait for your little one(s) to arrive, you'll have time to go through your session Preparation Guide that helps you customize your session and a guide that goes over everything you need to know prior to the session.

When your little one(s) arrive, you will need to contact me asap, and I'll send you open days available, which you can choose and confirm your actual session date.

I do NOT supply unedited/RAW images.

Sessions take place weekday mornings only.

Pricing is non-negotiable.
